I love coming to Lauren for my massages, it’s always such a relaxed atmosphere, I tired the body contouring massage and can see such a difference this morning, looking a lot less bloated thanks to Lauren. 😄

I've just completed a series of 6 massage sessions with Ali and after each one I've felt relaxed and stress and strain free. Ali has made my shoulders, neck and legs feel less "tight" and with far fewer muscle knots. Thoroughly recommended.

Gary is a fantastic massage therapist, made me feel very comfortable and really helped me with my back pain. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
