Painful but in a good way deep tissue massage, Joen didn't shy away from the knots in my shoulder, she went for them and I felt much better after. I want to try all the other massages now, Lomi Lomi, Bamboo......

This was my first time visiting Holistic Beauty (Swedish Massage) and it definitely won't be my last! Helen is lovely - very intuitive, kind and attentive. I had a reflexology foot massage today and it was absolutely wonderful! The therapist was very skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
