Her deep tissue and cupping are brilliant, she has a great pressure and can maintain it throughout the duration of the massage. The facial reflexology was super relaxing too. Such a great local gym, particularly if you’re less confident and want to avoid the crowds. All the PTs are really lovely, and Becca in particular has helped me understand my body so much better with her holistic approach to health and fitness. I’ve been having PT sessions here consistently for over a year and I’m feeling so much stronger, fitter and generally happier as a result! I never thought I’d look forward to exercising but I actually do now thanks to Becca and the Cutting Fitness team!

the treatment I had from Chris was excellent. He is exceptional at what he does, a natural at massage. He also takes the time to ask how things are going day to day to check that life is going well in general. He cares about his clients which is a huge plus point.
