Cathy, was very friendly and welcoming and did an amazing bespoke massage using hot stones, deep tissue and cupping. Worked on my aches and pains round my shoulders and still made the rest of the treatment relaxing was nice and toasty. Hate being cold when having a massage and have re booked!

Wonderful therapy as always today. Had an adaption to my usual routine with a facial massage at the end using Gua Sha. Never been a fan of facials or massage in that area as they’ve all been a bit meh, but this has converted me. Completely different to anything before and I’m definitely glad I’ve booked in for a full facial soon. Cupping and massage as alway was excellent, just don’t know how I’m going to survive 23 days until my next 😭

Truly is a hidden Gem 💎 🤍

I had a great experience at Definition in Forest Row! It was my first time getting my lips done and it went super well, wasn’t painful for me at all, as they put numbing cream on. Also my practitioner has been super calm and friendly, definitely can recommend that place😊👍

Sadie made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The ESPA facial was just divine. I will certainly be back!!
