Miroslava is a very knowledgeable professional and friendly massage therapist. She did a Sports Massage and incorporated some cupping for my shoulder, which has made a huge difference to my mobility. I teach fitness so have had a lot of sports massages in the past and this is by far the best. I would 100% recommend Miroslava.

Marc has been my massage therapist for sometime now, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. In addition to his incredible skills, he is respectful, professional and makes me feel extremely comfortable. I trust him completely and he always makes me feel taller after our sessions. I experience a great deal of lower back pain which impacts on my ability to benefit fully from reiki whilst on the couch SO today we agreed to see if there was any difference if I remained seated for the reiki after the head massage ..WELL THE IMPACT WAS 💯 improved with a much greater level of relaxation experienced and I’m hopeful fora deeper level of healing overtime!! 5⭐️➕️, Professional & friendly, Toni knows her stuff. A chat first to check for any specific areas which were causing pain or tightness, how I was managing previous complaints, especially my neck area and back. Toni also checks where I feel I need attention and explains what she is going to do. Today was an overdue (on my part) sports massage with targeted treatment to my legs and then neck and arms. As usual we had a lovely chat. I enjoy finding out about my muscles and body while it gets a well earned manipulation. Toni finishes with advice on what to expect & do after treatment

I visited Chrysalis healing today, for my usual Indian head massage, followed by reiki. It is always so uplifting seeing Sally. She is so supportive and encourages me on my path. My sessions are always so relaxing and I can feel the benefits every time 😊 p.s Sally has a new treatment room, which is a truly amazing and peaceful sanctuary !

I went to see Miroslava at her new clinic after a recommendation from my girlfriend. I never really get massages but I had been experiencing some lower back pain due to work. Miroslava discussed what kind of pressure and what areas needed focussing on, and throughout the massage she kept double checking the pressure was suitable. She was also super knowledgeable regarding how posture and pressure impacts your entire body. It was a very intense sports massage that I can still feel a few days after, so I would definitely recommend and will be going back! Thank you!

Very good experience love my facial and massage

I had my first massage with Carly and came out feeling wonderful! Carly very gently eased out tension in my back, I slept amazing and woke up feeling like I could move my neck better. Carly also spoke to me about things to look out for in terms of how I'm sitting at work which I sometimes overlook.

I visited Chrysalis Healing yesterday, for an Indian head massage, followed by reiki. I had recently been suffering with terrible back pain and was generally feeling off balanced. I explained this to Sally so she knew what to focus on. During my session, I felt a lot of energy shifting and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Later that evening some things came to light for me mentally and I finally had an emotional release. I have now woken up this morning feeling so much better and no longer in pain. Sally is amazing at what she does. I look forward to my next visit 😊
