Had my very first massage with Layla today. I am currently 8 months pregnant and suffering with back pains & sciatica. Layla knew I was anxious about getting a massage done and I instantly felt at ease, she was very kind and patient & explained everything. The massage itself was extremely relaxing & I could feel my knots in my shoulders coming out. As soon as the massage was over instantly felt better! I’m sure I will sleep tons better tonight. Thank you Layla, I will be retuning. 💜

Great visit to Gina as always. The sports massage always seems to relieve pains in my back and gives me more movement back after. Would recommend Active Balance to anyone needing a sports massage.

This was my first sports massage. Toni talked me through exactly what she was doing, explaining what treatments would help and made me feel very relaxed. She offered to work along side my physio to help my injury get better quicker which is very reassuring. My legs after running the London marathon are so much better. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

A very relaxing massage which also sorted out my stiff neck and shoulders. Soph is very professional and her beauty room is really lovely. I have already booked my next treatment.

Had a fantastic full body massage with head and face massage followed by eyebrow waxing. Went in with really achy neck and back came out feeling very relaxed. Will definetly be returning

Visited Chrysalis Healing for a pre wedding treatment. Had a lovely Indian head massage followed by a reiki session. Sally is amazing at what she does and I left feeling so calm and relaxed.

Expert handling of my shoulder nerve pain. Toni explained what she planned to do and why she felt it was best approach asking for my sgreement before proceeding. Toni constantly checked the pain level I was feeling as she gradually manipulated thr muscle to ease the tension and move onto soft tissue massage. Toni also used dry needling on my shoulder and arm followed by more soft tissue massage to encourage the muscles in my shoulder and arm to release tension. Toni has an excellent approach to make you relax. The techniques, equipment used are all checked with you for comfort and pain level.

I have visited Sally a few times now and she is my "go to" when I'm feeling unsettled. On today's visit, I was extremely anxious and emotional when I walked through the door. Sally made it so easy to talk to and open up about my problems, which was such a release. My head massage was so relaxing and the reiki session was so powerful. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted, I felt grounded and so much calmer. I can't thank Sally enough and as always look forward to my next appointment !
