It was something that I really needed and Olha was so good! As I am slowly approaching my due date, pregnancy massage really helped me to relax and just chill. Additionally, as mother herself Olha offered me great support. Really worth it!

I had a back massage with Faye and it was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. The pressure was perfect, and she really took the time to work through all the tension in my back. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely relaxed. Faye is professional, caring, and incredibly skilled — I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and effective massage.

I had an excellent sports massage session. Tom was professional, attentive, and quickly identified the areas of tension I’d been struggling with. His technique was both effective and relaxing, and I noticed a significant improvement in my neck and shoulder mobility right after the session. Tom also shared helpful tips for stretching and posture to prevent future discomfort. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable sports massage therapist.

Liz was amazing, very informative and helpful! So lucky shes so nearby in Bolton too. Cant wait to try more of her services.

Just the best in Bolton. Preena’s massages are amazing, she is just too good. I look forward to it each month and I’m never disappointed, I leave feeling all relaxed. I’ve recommended friends and family and they’ve loved her treatments too. Defoe worth a visit.

First time visiting and needed a last-minute massage due to pain. I was so grateful to get a same day appointment. Honestly, one of the best massages I’ve received. The therapist paid great attention to detail and really focused on the areas that needed it most. She was very friendly and welcoming, which put me at ease straight away. The whole experience was relaxing, from the calming music throughout to the warm mug of tea at the end. Highly recommend!

I'd missed a session before I came, and really noticed the difference. Olha does an amazing massage every time, I felt so relaxed afterwards, just wanted to stay where I was all evening, but also I really feel the benefits of the massage over the next few weeks, it really helps maintain muscle health, as well as helping my wellbeing on the day.

I received an energy drip at the Cupping Clinic in Bolton from Miss Saima, who was absolutely wonderful,kind, professional, and an excellent host. She even offered my mother a free cup of tea and provided her with a prayer mat. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

The massage was exceptional. I was relaxed from the moment I walked in the room, it was lovely and tasty with dim lights and calming music playing. The lady who did my massage was so polite, I could tell that she was very experienced in knowing where someone needed extra work as she gave extra care to the exact right places. I also had a hot stone treatment added at the end and it was magical I would definitely recommend and I will have it again. I will return here time and time again for massages when I need that extra relaxation. Thankyou

Never disappointed after a visit to Escala. Went in an Indian head massage and Sush also got a taster for the Holistic face massage. Sush used technicals I have never experienced in any other massages which as so relaxing. Who knew the face could get tensed. Left feeling stress free and relaxed. Thanks Sush

Amazing massage. Just enough pressure to help me relax and also help with ongoing neck and shoulder pain that is linked to my chronic migraines. Highly recommend.

The environment and atmosphere was so relaxing. The service was 100%, I was so relaxed that I slept off 😴 and was snoring 🙊. I had the Indian head massage, which included a deep back tissue massage and the new face lift massage. I'll be making this a monthly selfcare routine.

Su is very talented and very strong! She gave me a great Swedish massage that managed to be healing for the knots and tension, whilst also not too painful and relaxing too. I will absolutely go back again!
