From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease — the environment was calming, and Hugo & Aze were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The acupuncture was gentle but effective, and the massage really helped release deep tension I’ve been holding onto. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely relaxed. I come regularly to have acupuncture/ massage and there is always an amazing difference when I leave. Today however I feel even more better coming out, I am having a flare up so my whole body is stiff, tense and in pain and I noticed how much it had eased by the time I left! Thankyou both

I can’t recommend Hugo & Aze enough. They are absolutely incredible — not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but genuinely kind, warm, and beautiful human beings who truly care about the people they work with. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel comfortable, listened to, and completely looked after. After just one treatment, the reduction in my back pain was honestly amazing. I felt such a noticeable difference almost immediately, and it’s clear they put so much attention and care into what they do. You can really tell they’re passionate about helping people.

Absolutely amazing,Aze and Hugo are two beautiful souls. Welcoming and making me so comfortable. My back was sore, I could just about walk when Aze said your backs sore. She knew which part of it back was sore straightaway. Room I had my session was warm and relaxing. I had acupuncture followed by back massage, it was painful but manageable and was needed for the session. No sugar coating straight to the source.

My first experience here was great! I received a warm welcome. The consultation was very useful and the team were able to easily identify the areas causing me problems in my shoulders, neck and back. I received cupping, acupuncture and a massage focused on these areas; all treatments were very therapeutic and relaxing and the problematic areas already feel less tense. I’d recommend At Home Holistic Therapies to friends/family and I’d go again!

Very thorough consultation (this may be why my appointment was 30 mins late starting as previous client probably had a thorough consultation too) However, I would rather that than being rushed as I felt Azza gathered all relevant information before treatment started.
