Another amazing massage and reflexology. The treatment room is gorgeous and so inviting and relaxing with the candles. The bed and blankets are very comfortable. Nearly fell asleep as I was so relaxed. Definitely need to go more often to help me relax.

I’ve been coming to KH therapies for a few years now, and no other place compares for massages. Katie makes you feel so welcome, you instantly feel relaxed and the massages are 10/10. It’s the only place I can go to for a massage and not worry if I fall asleep, meaning I can totally relax. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🥰

Had an amazing experience today with Jo! Walked into a calming cozy room and sat on the comfiest bed. She gave me a warm eye mask and relaxed for 45mins while she gave me the massage. After she offered me a glass of water or a herbal tea. I took the water and she gave me complimentary tea bags for help with the lymphatic drainage and a heated eye mask to take home 100% recommend. Great relaxing experience thank you

I've been to Holly several times now to manage the pain in my neck and shoulder. From the first appointment, my pain has reduced, and the range of movement is so much better! I just had the best sports massage! I went in feeling very tight, and by the time I left, I was so much more relaxed. Holly knew exactly where to work and really got into those tense spots.
