I can’t recommend Sarah enough! Her massages are incredible, she combines her skills & knowledge to create the perfect treatment & even gives me exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments, which has really helped! I always feel renewed and relaxed afterwards - highly recommend!

I have had my second appointment with Sam at the Barnsley clinic and she is knowledgeable, patient and spends time understanding any concerns. Having lymphatic drainage messages has had a huge impact and benefit on my health and wellbeing!

The massage itself was beyond amazing. The lymphatic drainage technique immediately helped reduce puffiness and tension, while the sculpting massage visibly contoured and defined areas I honestly didn’t expect to notice after just one session. Jordan was great! First time with him so we had a quick chat about any injuries and pain and a little movement, and then into the massage. Was a perfect balance of general chatting and quiet time so you can relax and enjoy it. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future sessions!
