Masa is extremely professional & listens to what your focus areas are & focuses on these areas. He is a fantastic masseuse & I since my first massage with him 18mths-2 yrs ago have continued to return. Zen Wollongong is by far the most attentive to detail. My masseur asked how they could help and I listed no less than five areas of concern. He systematically and skilfully addressed all of them in the order I mentioned them. Amazing!🤩

I’ve had 3 excellent massages by 3 different staff here, and every time I’ve been to Zen it’s been both relaxing and actually helped relieve my back, neck and shoulder pain! Friendly, lovely atmosphere and they accept health insurance cards.

This is the second time that I have visited. The massage was excellent, everything that I asked for with regard to care with injuries and massage pressure. A real day spa experience with relaxing music & hot tea & bicci after. The staff are professional and considerate and would highly recommend.

I needed a firm massage for my stiff shoulders and sore legs, and that's what I got. It was equal parts firm and relaxing. I felt so much better afterwards. Will need another massage later on.

I always enjoy coming to Wollongong Zen Japanese Massage. Over the last year i have become quite a regular. And in that time i have come to really appreciate Masa's massages. He always applies the right amount of pressure.

It has been a while since having a massage at Zen Wollongong. A remarkable effort by Masa, allowed for injury and soreness.

Cannot fault any service I have received at Zen Wollongong. Every one is amazing!

I felt lighter, refreshed, and completely relaxed after the session. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a genuine and effective Thai massage.
