I had a brilliant experience at the salon, I had Kim and she made me feel at ease. She was reslly friendly, and made me.feel comfortable. She listened to everything that inwanted with my hair and I got exactly what I asked for. 10/10 would recommend!

As always a friendly atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome. The hairdressers are very experienced. I have never been kept waiting and when I have my hair colour on , half an hour waiting means half an hour before your rinsed not an hour as I have had to wait at other salons where they are fitting in other customers.

Wonderful service - as usual. Went for new hairstyle, Ellie took the time to go through different options with me not rushing me at all, same with colours. Really pleased with new hair style. Can’t recommend Ellie enough. Salon all COVID safe too so no worries there either.

I was so anxious going to a new salon after moving to Long Eaton 3 years ago, but Kimberly was so friendly, welcoming and chatty that I immediately felt relaxed. She listened to what I wanted, showed me the best products to use on my damaged hair. Left the salon with lovely soft hair and will definitely be coming back :)

Very friendly and welcoming salon. Nicola certainly knew what she was doing. I have wavy curly hair and many hairdressers struggle to cut it well, not Nicola she did a very good job and transformed my messy mop of hair

Jade always makes me feel comfortable when visiting the salon , and always makes my hair look fresh and healthy .

From start to finish I had such a lovely experience with Jade. My hair can be difficult as it is thick so can take while to do but all the time I was in the salon Jade made me feel really comfortable. I really appreciated having the choice and being told what was happening at different points on my hair - she did exactly what I wanted and I was absolutely thrilled with my hair at the end! Thanks so much x

I've been going to Jade for years, and she’s always done a fantastic job with my hair. After a disappointing wedding hair trial with another stylist, Jade stepped in like an absolute lifesaver and travelled up to the Lakes to do mine and my bridal party’s hair. She quickly arranged a trial, and I felt instantly relieved - it was exactly what I wanted. On the morning, Jade was incredible and everyone looked amazing! She stayed until we walked out the door. Her experience left us so calm, and you could tell she really cared about making us look beautiful and confident. Thank you so much Jade!
