Emily made sure I was comfortable and my appointment progressed even thought she was juggling clients. She listened carefully to my feedback following my previous appointment and offered suggestions. I now have beautifully coloured hair and see the money spent as a good investment in myself.

This was my first visit to Hotheads and my appointment was with Karmah. We had a lovely chat about my hair and she offered some thoughts and ideas as I wasn't sure what i should do. She was patient and understanding and I left feeling good about my hair and how to look after it. There was no hard selling of products, no pressure to get other treatment, just an all-round great experience. The salon is welcoming with unique decor that someone has very carefully worked out. The other stylists were friendly and chatty and theyv made a cracking cup of tea. I would absolutely come here again.

Wow, first visit to Emily @ Rossa Hair and it has been phenomenal. Arrived with a vague idea of what I wanted but know I have very thick and hard to manage hair so have to be careful what styles work. Emily was brilliant, very knowledgeable about how best to style my hair, not only to suit my hair type but also to suit my face! I look like a transformed woman, beautifully flattering and skilfully cut, highly recommend Emily and will be booking my next appointment in due course 👍 ( also had an hours appointment booked but wasn’t rushed and had a total restyle taking 90mins)

Gemma did a fantastic job with my cut and blow dry! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the cut I had in mind, but even better. My hair feels so healthy, looks amazing, and the finish was flawless. She’s bubbly, really easy to talk to, professional, and clearly very talented! I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend her and looking forward to going back.

I have recently visited Gem for a full head of highlights and a childs hair cut. Firstly, Gem is very attentive and patient with children. She also has a wealth of knowledge and has helped guide me in choosing a colour for my hair that meets the end result i was looking for. The cut has left my hair looking healthy and revived. Would highly recommend!
