Emily made sure I was comfortable and my appointment progressed even thought she was juggling clients. She listened carefully to my feedback following my previous appointment and offered suggestions. I now have beautifully coloured hair and see the money spent as a good investment in myself.

This was my first visit to Hotheads and my appointment was with Karmah. We had a lovely chat about my hair and she offered some thoughts and ideas as I wasn't sure what i should do. She was patient and understanding and I left feeling good about my hair and how to look after it. There was no hard selling of products, no pressure to get other treatment, just an all-round great experience. The salon is welcoming with unique decor that someone has very carefully worked out. The other stylists were friendly and chatty and theyv made a cracking cup of tea. I would absolutely come here again.

Getting my haircut usually sends me into panic but this small salon without lots of other people was Great. I didn't catch my hairdressers name but he did a good job and was easy to chat to. Thank you 🙂

A wonderful salon AND hairdresser - Lukasz is warm, welcoming and absolutely fantastic at cutting hair. He always listens to what you need and will give his honest opinion about whether a cut / style or colour will work for you, and what might work better for your hair and lifestyle. I've had the best haircuts of my life since visiting him + my hair is in better condition for listening to his advice. Massage chairs, tea, coffee, gin and tonic and wonderful products make a visit here a treat that I absolutely look forward to. Thank you Lukasz!

Gemma did a fantastic job with my cut and blow dry! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the cut I had in mind, but even better. My hair feels so healthy, looks amazing, and the finish was flawless. She’s bubbly, really easy to talk to, professional, and clearly very talented! I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend her and looking forward to going back.

Another lovely experience at Rossa Hair today with Emily. First time having the Keratin hair treatment at the salon. Emily explained the whole process and I was able to get products to take home with me for the aftercare. Highly recommend Emily at Rossa Hair for all your hair needs.
