I had such a good experience and I’m so pleased with my haircut! I’ve been on a journey to regrow and thicken my hair and I’ve only really been used to barbers that make my hair as short as possible to mask the thinness. Sarah asked all of the questions necessary to know what I was looking for and she executed it brilliantly, I’m so happy! Hospitality was fabulous and the salon in general has such a light atmosphere. Thank you!

Such a brilliant hairdresser. Katie came to us and did both my hair and my child’s hair and was so patient calm and understanding throughout. My neurodivergent children chatted non stop and she handled it beautifully. She really listened and nailed exactly what we both wanted. I am genuinely in love with my hair it looks absolutely stunning. Thank you so much.

I always feel amazing when I leave Serenity. For me, a weekly wash and blow-dry is all I need, and they never disappoint. The team are extremely professional, and every single one of them is an amazing hairdresser. Highly recommend.

had such a lovely experience getting my hair done. Grace who dyed my hair blonde did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable straight away. On top of that, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of going blonde — she’s honestly so talented!
