Manda, as always, is so helpful and pleasant. She is a true professional. She understands my hair so well and I always get a brilliant cut. The atmosphere in the salon is always light and welcoming.

I used the salon for first time what a great experience. Amber was so lovely and friendly. Very happy with my haircut.

Always a fantastic experience at Venus Hair & Beauty I wouldn’t let anyone but Anita cut and colour my hair, she makes me look and feel fabulous. The salon also offers a barber shop service now.

Ami is always amazing and I wouldn't have my hair done by any one else , I have been having my hair done by her for the last 6 years and in that time I have never ever been unhappy and leave the salon with hair that looks incredible , I have been having extensions for the last few months and the time quality and precision Ami puts in is always flawless , I highly recommend Ami to everyone she will make you feel as ease and do always a wonderful job of your hair

Had a lovely experience in the salon this morning. My hair has been in desperate need of a haircut for a while and Brad has worked his magic to make it look fresh and feel good again. Brad was very friendly and made sure I was happy with styling and asked questions throughout. Will definitely be back, thank you!

This was my first visit but most certainly will not be my last, All the staff were very friendly and made me feel totally at ease. My stylist “Amy” was absolutely excellent…my whole experience from start to finish was fantastic, and all at a competitive price. Booked in for a head neck and shoulder massage as I had a voucher left over from last Xmas, oh wow it was the best time to use it, feeling all stressed just before Christmas and feeling all tense, I walked out feeling so de-stressed , so lucky to have this amazing place in Basildon, and the ladies are so lovely and friendly, x
