The renovated salon looks and feels amazing! All your staff are kind, friendly and professional. I had a not so great experience my first time here and I really wanted to give the benefit of doubt. I’m so glad I took another chance - I’ll be returning! Thank you for offering a salon for us in London - we are sincerely under acknowledged and I have yet to find a salon that compares locally.

Shianne isn't London's gold spray tan artist for nothing. She's the best at what she does. I had never gotten a spray tan before her & she made sure I was so comfortable & knew what was going on the whole process. I am always obsessed 💓

As per usual it was great - I got exactly the haircut I wanted which definitely gave me a lift as did the conversation I had with Mylissa . Her skills are such when she moved salons I followed her around she has always given me a great cut and blow . Even when my hair was falling out because of illness she managed to cut it so the loss wasn't obvious and I was able to feel attractive I would recommend Her skills to anyone

Abby is an incredible stylist, she always makes my hair look perfect and exactly like I want. I have very thick hair that knots easily and she has always been so good working with it and making it look good.

My first time at this salon and it was great. I felt like royalty. The staff were friendly. The place was very clean and smelled wonderful. I got the hair spa and it was amazing. I had multiple stylist working on my hair. They were all kind, and professional. I especially appreciated the care and gentle way they handled my 4C textured hair. They checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was pleased. They explained what they were doing. Excellent service. I highly recommend especially for black women looking for a trustworthy salon that know how to care for black textured hair.

Aleksandra did an amazing job on my hair! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything looked exactly right. The cut was neat, stylish, and suited me perfectly. She was also super friendly and made the whole experience comfortable. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut.

She nailed the haircut, cleaned up my eyebrows I didn’t know they needed. Abby’s fun, easy to talk to, and seriously talented. This was our first visit to the salon. She was very friendly and asked lots of questions to make sure that my daughter got the haircut that she wanted. My daughter is often very quiet and doesn't speak, but was made to feel very comfortable because she chatted away the whole time.

So glad I found Sheer Eligance! Very professional and I was truly impressed with the cut and highlights.....perfect colour match. Very friendly and they take their time, so you are not rushed. I love my hair cut and highlights!! Monica did a phenomenal job! I could not stop smiling after my haircut.This was my first time getting highlights or any hair colouring and I just wanted something that would brighten up the layers around my face. Monica understood exactly what I wanted and helped me get a natural sun-kissed look that matches the rest of my hair. She also cut lovely face framing layers and trimmed the rest of my hair so it will continue growing healthy. I highly recommend Sheer Eligance and will definitely come back next time I need my hair cut!
