had a wonderful experience with my stylist during my recent visit. Although she was an emerging hairdresser, she was incredibly lovely, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. When she encountered something she wasn’t entirely confident about, she didn’t hesitate to consult with a more experienced stylist to ensure the best outcome. I really appreciated her commitment to making sure I was happy with my cut, and I left feeling great about the result. A fantastic experience overall!

On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!

Always friendly. Even with ongoing refurbishment, I felt comfortable. Brassall landlords will regret not keeping Gayes there.

Rosie is easily the most gentle and considerate hairdresser I’ve ever been to. I have a very sensitive scalp and hair that falls past my butt, so haircuts can often be quite painful because of tangles and pulling. Rosie was incredibly patient and took her time, making sure she wasn’t tugging or causing any discomfort. She also gave an amazing scalp massage and a haircut I absolutely love. I would 100% recommend her.

I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x

I was made very welcome on arrival I was early but showen to a seat and had a coffee made for me, my shampoo was amazing as was my stylist Brittany we had a great chat about what I was looking for and she made me feel confident that she would do what I asked I'm very pleased with my haircut thanks 😊

Fantastic colour and personalised experience. Obviously has huge knowledge on colouring and listens to client. First time I have walked out without a ring of hair dye on hair line which was fabulous

I had my eyebrows shaped and dyed which I was happy with but the girl didn’t make me feel welcome. It seemed she was there just to do a job, no conversation, slightly abrupt in her manner. It’s the second time I’ve been there and had the same experience previously. I will go back only because it’s quick and affordable but I think she could use some training in customer service and a smile to welcome people.

Kelsey was fantastic. So friendly and she did a great cut. I was very nervous as I have had the same hairdresser for over 10 years, but they moved away and so I needed to try somewhere new. This will be my new regular hairdresser. Thanks Kelsey.
