Avani was polite and welcoming. I am not from Auckland and thankful I caught a last minute appointment. Avani did try to consult what my hair would have benefited more from but due to restrictions with a plane to catch she understood and still did a good job.

Highly recommend. The male barber was highly skilled and efficient with his work (and actually listened and tended to what I wanted). The other workers were warm and welcoming too, I'll visit again.

Luis and the girls are amazing! Took my 2 years old son for a haircut and everyone ensure that he had a great time! Even when he cried everyone comforted him and gave the best cuddles! I highly recommed to any mom looki g for a place to take their little one for a haircut. Thank you Luis and the team.

I am a hairdresser and have not needed a haircut and wash from anyone in many many if any years ago. Today I needed a good clean and cut as I have one hand at the moment. It was the best cleaning and scrub of my hair. I felt it was done as gd as i had done it myself. Water was nice and warm, Madusha was attentive to my needs. After a great wash I asked for my cut and got what I asked for, worth every cent. Plus the cheapest I had found in west. I went in for just a wash only, and that had me wanting more once I new Madusha was there for me, thanks so much

Today I went to Kess WestCity for my hair color and haircut, and I had a wonderful experience. I’m really satisfied with both my color and haircut done by Shani. She did an amazing job and paid great attention to detail. I truly appreciate your professionalism, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
