I'm delighted to have found this salon. I am always a bit nervous going to hair appointments - I'm don't enjoy small talk and I often feel like the final result is far from what I asked. Today, I enjoyed a quieter, relaxed session with a lovely chat here and there while sipping my coffee. Delightful. I had a thorough consultation and walked out with a lovely haircut, exactly what I wanted. My hair looks chic and healthy. I will be back!

Abbie transformed my hair today by listening to what colour and hair style I was looking for whilst providing me with some very helpful advice. Been coming to Chaps for close to 5 years at a rate of once a month. Connor and his team are fantastic. Great atmosphere, lovely staff from entrance to barber chair. Prices are great for the quality of work done. Each Barber have their own style on how to treat each customer and it never fails to exceed.

I had a fantastic experience at the salon! Arriving early as one of their first clients at 8:30 am, I was warmly greeted with a smile and positive energy that set a great tone for my day. The salon has a lovely ambiance, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also received an excellent consultation regarding my hair and the haircut I was getting, which made me feel confident in the process. Highly recommended!
