I had a wonderful massage today with Tamara and immediately rebooked. It’s rare to find a massage that’s super relaxing and painless at the same time as actually tackling deep knots and tense fascia. I could tell Tamara was tailoring the massage to where my body was at; patiently releasing tight areas whilst still having a flowing style. I appreciated her saying at the start to just let her know if I need any adjustments in pressure, temp, music, etc and then allowing calming quiet. The room is clean and serene and I really liked the fragrance free oils, hot towels and instrumental music :)
