Tiana is a beautiful girl but she seemed overwhelmed and rushed tonight. She messaged me to arrive 10 minutes late, then said she didn't have time to do the colour i wanted (she then agreed to do it), I asked whether it was a shellac colour which would be the same price she said yes. When it came time to pay, I got charged $25 extra for it, and she apologised for forgetting to tell me it was extra. I also asked for my nails not to be too pointy..they ended up very pointy. Not sure what was going on tonight, but it seemed like there was too much going on. It wasn't the usual relaxing pamper!
