Dak Crowder creates a welcoming environment that puts clients at ease during their piercing experiences. Many appreciate his gentle approach and professionalism, especially when helping younger clients with their first piercings, such as earwork and nose piercings. The shop is noted for its cleanliness and friendly staff, making each visit enjoyable and stress-free.

Dak and Ren took EXCELLENT care of me today; I shared that I'm on a new medication that affects my appetite, we all discussed what I'd eaten, and we were confident that I'd be okay, but agreed that open communication was a must. Throughout the appointment, Dak walked me through the process of getting my rook pierced (I'm not new to cartilage piercings); he made sure I was as comfortable as possible and worked quickly. After getting pierced + jewelry installed, I shared that I wasn't feeling well; Dak and Ren both made sure I was feeling okay before letting me leave the shop. 10/10 ⭐️
