Facial Piercings

For children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years, our studio policy requires a birth certificate along with shot records or official shot exemption forms. The legal guardian must also present a valid form of photo ID. For children aged 6 to 12 years, only a birth certificate is required for the child, while the legal guardian must still provide a valid photo ID.
