At Mend Holistic Therapy, I work with the body as a whole. Sessions are nervous system-led and designed to address patterns of tension rather than chasing symptoms. This is focused, intentional bodywork that supports real change in movement, regulation and overall balance. Whether you’re feeling physically restricted, overwhelmed, or simply out of sync, the work meets you where you are and helps everything settle, not just the bit that hurts.

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to book a deep tissue massage - and I’m really glad I did. I went in feeling extremely tense, but by the end of the session I was completely relaxed. I would definitely recommend!
