I am currently doing the Red Light Therapy at Cryo SubZero. I am more than happy with each experience I have had so far & very impressed with the whole centre & what it has to offer. The staff are so very helpful & welcoming too.

Amazing facility, world class equipment and very knowledgeable friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming, explained everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable and the equipment is next level, the 3D body scan was so fast yet so comprehensive, cryo chamber was amazing like an express ice bath, I left 10mins ago and feel amazing already! Would recommend to anyone and everyone 10/10
