If you live with chronic pain Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is an excellent way to alleviate or even resolve pain. Even if you just have some niggly aches or feel awkwardness in the way you’re moving and want to feel free of the restriction, it’s a fantastic treatment and in addressing the whole body, maintenance sessions can stop tension building up again.
