I’ve been going to Polina for over a year now, and every single appointment has been absolutely immaculate. She is always on time, incredibly professional, caring, and attentive. What I love most is how well she understands my taste. I barely have to explain what I want, and she always knows exactly what will suit me. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and my nails come out perfect every single time. Every appointment is such a lovely experience, and I always leave feeling happy with my nails.
