Gem is an incredible nail artist, her attention to detail and creativity is phenomenal. Shes always able to take my vague brief and turn it into a masterpiece. Her studio is lovely, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been going to Gem for over 2 years now and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is incredibly talented, professional and takes so much pride in her work — my nails are always beautifully done and last so well. Gem creates such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and makes every appointment enjoyable. Over the years she’s also become a really good friend, which probably says a lot about how warm and welcoming she is as a person! I always leave loving my nails and couldn’t recommend Gem and her business highly enough. 🩷💅🏼

My appointment was booked for 45 minutes but I was in and out in 25 minutes. When booking it said about a massage at the end of the appointment which I was looking forward to but I didn’t get and my nails were half painted which I unfortunately didn’t notice until I got home. When I messaged to have this rectified, I was booked in the following week and after they were sorted out I was asked to pay to cover her time and product costs. If it was done properly the first time I wouldn’t have needed to come back.

Hi Rhea, I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience. I would just like to clarify a few points for anyone reading your review. A massage isn't included or advertised as part of my gel pedicure treatment, so I'm unsure where this expectation came from. I am always happy to rectify any genuine issue with my work completely free of charge. In this instance, I did not consider the additional work to be a correction of a problem with the original treatment, which is why I explained there would be a £3 charge for the additional time and products. You declined to pay this. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your experience, but I wanted to clarify the above for anyone reading the review.

An absolute delight is the only words I can say Gem is. I walk in with the world on my shoulders and walk out with some of the weight off my shoulders and fresh new nails. Thankyou ❤️
