A whole hour of soothing and relaxing massage incorporating long, slow movements which will gently ease the stress and tension either in a specific area or a full body experience. This gentle session includes a soothing Indian Head massage techniques across the face and scalp.

Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure and friction on the head, neck, shoulders and top of back. These techniques are used to improve scalp and hair condition. They also stimulate the flow of blood, lymph and oxygen specifically in the upper body, therefore can help clear sinuses, relieve stress and improve sleep. However, the most important benefit I have experienced in my own clients is the relief/prevention of migraines.

There will also be a steamy bowl of water, with essential oils dropped in, placed underneath your face for you to inhale as you relax.
