Reiki Level 1 is an introductory stage where you will learn the basic principles, history and techniques of Reiki. 

You will learn how to open your energy channels or Chakras and gain the ability to channel Reiki energy, and hand positions for self healing and giving Reiki to your family, friends, pets, home, food and more. 

You will learn how to balance and cleanse energy, develop sensitivity to energy flow, delve into the magical world of Crystals, trust your intuition and gain a foundational understanding of the principles behind Reiki.

You will graduate with an accredited certificate, the ability to balance Chakras, on going support, the ability to connect more deeply to your inner self and most importantly a higher vibration of unconditional love.
