I was disappointed with myself that I wasn’t able to tolerate the machine used in my first session of my package due to the intensity 

During communications before booking it was advised there would be about 1 hour (30mins on the stendo and they do before and aftercare so leave an hour) - it was a total of 40mins - it was very average service, not personable, therapist never actually used my name at all whilst I was there not even upon arriving.  I dont rate the treatment at all, and probably wouldnt return.
