Manage an appointment awaiting a confirmation
- Open an existing appointment confirmed with an upfront payment from your calendar.
- In the right panel of the appointment view, select Actions (three dots) under Payment policy and select one of the following:
- Send reminder: Remind your client to pay their deposit or confirm their appointment with a card.
- Show policy: View the details of the policy accepted by the client.
- Edit policy: Make updates to the appointment payment policy.
- Remove policy: Remove the current payment policy for a client.
Manage an appointment with an upfront payment collected
- Open an existing appointment confirmed with an upfront payment from your calendar.
- In the right panel of the appointment view, select Actions (three dots) under Payment policy and select one of the following:
- Show policy: View the details of the policy accepted by the client.
- Refund deposit: Issue a refund of the deposit back to the client.
FAQs
If the upfront payment has already been made, the payment policy remains in place, and the remaining balance updates automatically. If payment has not yet been made and the service cost changes, the client needs to reconfirm their appointment and agree to the updated upfront amount.
