About Claude and Fresha
After connecting the Fresha app, use Claude to search for available appointments at nearby salons, barbers, spas, medspas, and wellness studios. Compare businesses by their services, ratings, amenities, photos, and pricing to find the right fit.
When you select an available appointment in Claude, you're taken to Fresha to complete your booking.
Search with Claude
Tell Claude the service or venue you're looking for, along with your location, date, time, budget, or any other preferences. Here are a few examples:
- "Find gel manicure appointments in SoHo this Saturday afternoon."
- "Show me the best spas near Santa Monica."
- "Find a men's haircut near Williamsburg tomorrow morning."
- "Find a deep tissue massage near Downtown Chicago on Friday evening for under $120."
Sharing your location
Claude needs a location to search. You can provide a city, neighbourhood, ZIP code, postcode, landmark, or street address. If you ask for appointments "near me," Claude asks where you'd like to search before showing results.
Booking your appointment
Once you've found the right appointment, select it in Claude to continue in Fresha, where you can book, pay, cancel, reschedule, or manage your account. For questions about whether a treatment is right for you, contact the venue directly.
