I am Sophie! I practice Shiatsu and Thai Massage on the walking mall in downtown Winchester Virginia. My work blends compression, stretching, and energy work to help feel a sense of wholeness and ease. Come and see me! You will not regret it!

Sophie is the best! She and Dr. Walston are keeping my old body working well! So grateful to them both!

This is a massage you can take home. Its more therapeutic. I wish I could come here every week. My body feels so much better.

I absolutely love shiatsu massage with Sophie! As someone with a chronic pain condition I have made this a part of my regular wellness routine. Sophie listens deeply to what is going on and is a gifted practitioner. I could not recommend her more!
