Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing type of massage therapy. It is a Japanese style of massage that includes full body stretching, pressure point holding, and energy work. It benefits the musculoskeletal system, and helps reduce tension and pain in the body. Shiatsu also helps with internal issues such as digestion, sleep, chronic illness, and chronic pain. It is a very good therapy for restoring emotional wellbeing and finding a sense of balance and wholeness. Most importantly, it feels great!
