Massage

A combination of lymphatic drainage and wooden tools designed to sculpt the body, promoting improved blood circulation, tension release and stimulation of the lymphatic system. This potent combination facilitates detoxification, reduces fluid retention, and alleviates inflammation. The wooden instruments contribute to body toning and sculpting, enhancing immune support, minimising cellulite, and promoting skin elasticity.

This is also an ideal treatment for pregnant women.

Wellness & Relax

This relaxing treatment utilises deep tissue pressure, applying firm, slow strokes and gentle stretches to stretch layers of muscle. Therapists aim to  release chronic aches and pains throughout the body, optimising daily physical health.

Techniques used; deep tissue, sports massage, gentle stretches.

Maintenance Therapy

This full body massage has a focus on the areas requested with most tension to release muscles restriction.
The overall approach is to stimulate oxygen and nutrient delivery to muscles while aiding in the removal of waste products, accelerating recovery and improving joints range of motion.
Customised to individual needs, to boost the immune function and to improve training performance and overall health.

Techniques used; sports massage, soft tissue release, dry cupping, wooden tools scraping, trigger point pressure, functional cupping stretches.

Athlete Reset

Package of 5 x 60 minute session that must be paid in full and booked in advance. 
Package valid for 10 weeks.

Release

This treatment is to go through a consultation with ILA to gather physical concerns, medical history, client's lifestyle, posture and movement analysis to address individual concerns and pain.
The focus is to enhance healing, recovery and adapts to the athlete's unique training regimen.
It offers a comprehensive strategy for those looking to optimise their training performance or just looking to be pain free.

Techniques used; sports & remedial massage, functional dry cupping, dry needling, PNF assisted stretches, trigger point release, myofascial release and rehab exercise.

The Recovery Code

Tailored session to focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, increase mobility and move better, guiding you through safe and effective exercises to promote healing, build strength and alleviate discomfort. 

Firstly, you will need to book an assessment  'Recovery Code' treatment to have better understand of the underlying issues and to address your specific needs and limitations.

TRC Training
