The technician did an incredible job. She is truly an artist. I had a bit of shock because my eyebrows were much darker than I am used to. The staff were so kind in helping me find a resolution. Thank you. 🙏

Riky was very nice and the haircut was good. But at the end of it, I felt it was a bit expensive for Bali and considering it only took 30 min. I was quite surprised that your prices are not net. 400,000 rupiah seemed like a fair price, but then it was 483,000 after tax and service. I think in the salon business you should quote your prices as net, including everyting. It's really ridiculous to add an extra "Service Charge" when the whole fee is a service charge...! There's no product.

Virkelig dygtig medarbejder, som lavede de flotteste vipper og bryn. Fik eyelash lift og borwlamination, som var virkelig flot lavet. Jeg gik derfra super glad og de gav mig endda en lille serum med til at pleje brynene og vipperne.

Today, I visited Claws Nails during my month-long stay in Bali. After stumbling upon their Instagram page, I discovered that they were the only salon offering BIAB services. Upon arrival, I decided to also book an eyebrow and lash tint, along with an LvL lash lift. The salon had a remarkable ambiance, with interior design that added a special touch to the overall experience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and made sure I had a truly enjoyable time. Their talent was evident in every aspect of their work, particularly the remarkable quality of my nails. Highly recommend.

Beautiful salon and beautiful staff. So pleased with my gel polish. Nails are neat and the service was done super quickly even though my beautician was incredibly attentive. Will be back on my next trip to Bali!
