A unique technique in which a trained therapist applies deep pressure on the body with her feet. This technique manipulates the deeper layers of soft tissue, which helps reduce chronic pain and relaxes the nervous system.

The feet play a significant role in the massage; long pressures assisted by gravity can expand and lengthen the muscle fibers in the body, creating greater flexibility. Runners often find this method useful for stabilizing and maintaining knee and hip flexibility.

Deep tissue massage applies strong pressure to release tension deep within the muscles and fascia.

The most effective treatment for muscle knots. When a muscle is tight, it restricts blood flow to the muscle so by using deep tissue massage as a treatment technique we increase flow which in turn can reduce any inflammation and pain.

In herbal compress massage, the herbal compresses are heated in a special steamer, and then the warm herbal compresses are placed on the skin.
