Massage

Traditional Thai massage combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles and supported yoga positions, but without the use of oil. The recipient remains clothed during the treatment.

Instead of a massage table, you lie on a mat on the floor while the therapist manipulates your body to stimulate organs and improve flexibility.

The therapist uses her hands (thumbs, elbows, forearms) and sometimes even her feet to reduce muscle tension.
