During your consultation, we will discuss your health concerns, goals, and current challenges to determine how I can best support you. This time is also dedicated to answering any questions you may have about my 1:1 online programs. If we decide that we are a match we will schedule your first initial session in whichever modality(ies) you choose to get you started on your journey to living a happy, healthy, and vibrant life. This 90-minute session is your gateway to uncovering your body’s unique blueprint and beginning your path toward vibrant health. Each consultation is non-invasive and rooted in holistic principles, combining nutrition, herbology, stress reduction, and targeted muscle testing. You’ll receive a full wellness evaluation, personalized guidance based on your blood type, three AO Scans with frequency corrections, and individualized insights for diet, supplements, and lifestyle. Sessions can address concerns such as low energy, digestion, circulation, fertility, mood, or hormonal balance.
