Hi I'm Glenda a bodywork practitioner, space holder & deep listener. A gentle guide who has over 20 years experience working with people to support & uplift their well being, improving the quality of their lives. Through interweaving energy healing with with massage therapy. I create unique personalized healing journeys with foundational practices from traditional Maori bodywork. Incorporating breath, sound & guided meditation my treatments are deeply nurturing, providing firm grounding pressure encourage & balance your alignment, integrate your energy body & restore the nervous system.
