Online Reputation currently supports Google and Fresha reviews. Both feed into a single inbox inside your Fresha account.
Online Reputation is included for all Fresha partners. The review management and manual replies are included in your Fresha plan. AI reply features require the AI Concierge add-on.
Go to your Fresha dashboard and navigate to Online Reputation. From there, connect your Google Business Profile using a standard sign-in flow. The process takes under a minute for each platform.
AI Concierge is Fresha's built-in AI reply assistant. When a new review arrives, it automatically generates a personalised draft response. You can review the draft, edit it, and send, or publish it as-is. You can also set up automated replies for certain review types if you prefer a hands-off approach.
Yes. Every AI-drafted reply is a starting point, not a final message. You can read it, make any changes, and then send. Your voice always has the final say.
Yes. You can configure automated reply rules for different types of reviews, useful for high volume businesses that want every review answered without reviewing each one manually. This feature requires AI Concierge.
