Tracy provided excellent service. We addressed a couple problem areas in the shoulders and legs. Left the yoga massage feeling relaxed and my wellbeing improved.

I don't know why I am still surprised but every time I finish a session with Tracy I feel so calm, grounded, peaceful and present compared to when I walked in and irrespective of how I was feeling when I walked in. Yesterday was no exception and indeed left me in such a deep state of peace and presence I felt nothing could shake me from it. The deepest I have felt so far. I am eternally grateful for the impact Tracy has on my life and well being.
