Tom was so understanding and caring through the whole process. Spoke me through the whole process, never rushed me and gave me the time to relax afterwards. He also hand wrote aftercare for me and gave me one of his socials incase I had any questions.

Booked for naval piercing with Tom. Such a relaxed environment staff are all friendly and welcoming. Tom assessed my belly button as I had previously had it pierced as a teen. Luckily for me we didn’t need to do a new piercing as the original hole was still open. Tom popped some new jewelry in for me and off I went thank you so much 🥰
