I normally get my nails done by the fabulous Margarita but she wasn't available on my dates. I have never had an issue with Margarita. Unfortunately this time the lady that done my nails was quite rough when removing my biab. It also took her more than 3 hours to do my nails due to her limited English and her constantly having to restart the nails. We had to call the owner of the salon to translate. I was meant to also get a pedicure but had to cancel as I was already there for 3 hrs. I was also disappointed that the owner did not acknowledge the issue at all. Will only return to Margarita.

Thank you so much for your comment! We value both good and bad comments. They help us improve. 😊 I'm so sorry you had a negative experience at my salon. I have let Sveta go. . I did everything I could. I explained to Sveta how to draw blooming flowers. Unfortunately, she couldn't handle it. Unfortunately, I can't visit every client if a problem arises. 😞 In the future, I will take your comment into account and select employees more carefully! We'll be glad to see you in Oughterard . Margarita now works exclusively there.
