I had the absolute pleasure of having my hair washed, treated, and trimmed by Shanell and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She was incredibly gentle, welcoming, and so knowledgeable about everything related to hair care. She took the time to explain each step and even offered guidance on what I should do next in my hair journey. I left not only feeling refreshed but also knowledgeable with information. I had such a wonderful experience for my first visit! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Shanell made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, and at the end, I absolutely loved how my hair turned out. It’s clear she’s not only talented, but also passionate about what she does.
