I'm hypermobile and my lower back had completely seized up, and nothing was working. I had an amzing treatment from Phoebe combining myofascial release and deep tissue massage, which has had a noticeable impact on my pain levels and mobility the next day. The Elsewhere is a very relaxing venue, and Phoebe immediately put me at ease. The treatment not only made me feel better physically, but also mentally, as the pain was affecting my mood. I will absolutely be returning for more treatments.
