It can be frustrating when you pay a higher fee for a senior (emerging) and I am passed between multiple people. I understand the need for different team members to assist, however my quote listed both the base colour and gloss at the senior rate. The base colour was done by the senior, but after that I didn’t see her again until there was an issue. She came over for max 3 seconds during the gloss, which was completed by someone else. I’m completely fine with this, but not the rate. I’ve been coming here for a long time and really enjoy it, but this did leave me feeling uncomfortable.
