Such a lovely and much needed session with Nicola. She really focused on the problem areas around my shoulders & neck, left me feeling so relaxed and light. It was also comforting to open up a little and receive such uplifting and reassuring words from her. At the end of my session, she also gave me a lovely Enigma crystal, which will stay with me. I’ll hold onto it whenever I’m feeling stressed as a reminder of the peace and releif I felt during the session. So grateful thank you so much Nicola. 🤍
