Louise instilled confidence very quickly during my initial consultation. She is so lovely and clearly passionate about her work. Ensuring the safety of her clients is paramount. Having not had a facial for many years, this was a real treat and I couldn’t have felt better looked after. She explained every element of what she was doing, didn’t rush anything and I left with my skin feeling so lovely.
